MONDAY
Gear needed: Pull Up Bar and Towel
- Warm up: 2-5 Minutes of Jumping Jacks
- Upper Body: 3 sets of 10 of Jumping/Regular Pull Ups
- Stomach/Abs: 50 Sit Ups
- Lower Body: 50 Air Squats
- Forearm/Grip: 50 Wring out the Towels
- Cardio: 20 minute Jog
TUESDAY
Gear needed: Bucket with Weight
- Warm up: 2-5 Minutes of Jogging in Place
- Upper Body: 3 sets of 10 Push ups
- Stomach/Abs: 50 Hollow Rocks
- Lower Body: 25 Walking Lunges
- Forearm/Grip: 100 ft. Farmer Carry
- Cardio: 20 Minute Jog
WEDNESDAY
Active Recovery
(Low-intensity activity throughout day)
THURSDAY
Gear needed: Pull Up Bar and Towel
- Warm up: 2-5 Minutes of Jumping Jacks
- Upper Body: 10 Inch Worms
- Stomach/Abs: 3 sets of 10 Knees to Elbows
- Lower Body: 50 Air Squats
- Forearm/Grip: 50 Wring out the Towels
- Cardio: 20 Minute Jog
Friday
Warm up: 2-5 Minutes of Jogging in Place
- Upper Body: 3 sets of 10 Push Ups
- Stomach/Abs: 50 Bicycles
- Lower Body: 25 Walking Lunges
- Cardio: 20 Minute Jog
Weekend
Active Recovery
